In my senior fitness classes, there’s no shortage of willingness to move. I see seniors who want to pump their arms, bend their knees, and generally use the bodies they’ve gotten to know so well. I also meet students who may doubt their abilities yet still want to move! I welcome the chance to nudge fearfulness into confidence. I say let’s all get together and see what each of us can do!
