Exercise doesn’t have to be terrible. I believe that finding the right kinds of movement can be the key to making exercise fun. Working with seniors, I understand the potential limitations of the body and design a fun, flexible program to get every body and mind moving. I’m available for group fitness or yoga classes individual sessions.
Mindfulness & Body Confidence
Getting in touch with our bodies and abilities requires a kind of inside-out attention. From deep breathing exercises to committing to a positive attitude, this mindfulness-to-movement can take many forms. My work in guided fitness often includes a mind-body connection meant to cultivate focus, expand opportunity, and boost confidence and pride.
